Spiritual Coaching Training July 18

Spiritual Coaching Training is designed for those who want to learn how to spiritually coach a new believer.  The training is more extensive than that of the First Steps Group.  You will learn the process of spiritual coaching and develop competence by practicing the following skills during the seminar: building relationships, guiding conversations, listening deeply, asking powerful questions, managing the self, and coaching with assessments.  We recommend that those who attend this training co-coach a seasoned follower of Jesus through Follow before coaching a new believer.
