Chili Cook Off Participation Form

Think your chili has what it takes to be the best? Enter our Fall Fest Chili Cook-Off on October 18th and put your recipe to the test! Contestants will prepare a batch of their best chili, and Fall Fest guests will taste and vote for their favorites. Winners will be crowned in several categories!

The winners will be announced at church on Sunday, October 19th.
